“I attended a retreat at UnU Center and it was an amazing and completely beautiful experience. This place has magical qualities. There is an ancient willow tree that is right next to the river that is enamoring for all visitors. Most of my retreat activities were held under this Grandmother Willow; a very safe, protective and nurturing environment. The owners have put in a lot of work into the property to make it into the beautifully landscaped place it is now. There are many areas to lounge, rest and relax to enjoy nature and the Rio Grande. I did not expect to see so much wildlife, and it is humbling to have these viewings of nature in action. This place can really restore your connection to Mother Earth.
I highly recommend facilitators to host their retreat here. Not only is it a lovely and healing place, the owners are very welcoming and kind people. It is absolutely a pleasure to meet and work with them. The center really aims to evolve human consciousness, and this setting on the Rio Grande truly lends itself to that goal in a magnificent and healing way. Plan a visit to the UnU Center!"

"We had the most amazing and relaxing stay at UnU Center. The pictures do not do their river sanctuary justice. The massive Willow tree on the water, has two hammocks perfectly perched in its cradle, and is so magical we could have spent the whole trip in that one spot and been totally happy gazing at the Rio Grande listening to birds all day. It is truly a retreat that offers respite from this crazy world. They have put a lot of love into the property and have developed multiple areas on the water that are just above and beyond beautifully set up for fun and kid friendly enjoyment. They have one area set up as sandy beach with huge floats and loungers it felt just like being at a resort. The surrounding area is filled with hiking and hot springs and just all the amazing Nature that Northern New Mexico has to offer. Their place is just a short trip to Taos and Sante Fe. The location of their little oasis can’t be beat. We had the time of our lives and are already dreaming of our next trip back to their magical place in beautiful Embudo."

“This was the perfect place to stay for a relaxed, quiet retreat from the city. The listing did not exaggerate when it describes the property as magical. It really is. I enjoyed time lounging under the giant Grandmother willow tree while I gazed at the river. I saw blue herons, rabbits, and even a beaver at night! My room was super clean and the bathroom was gorgeous. The location is prime for tourist activities in Dixon, Embudo, Sipapu, and Taos. It truly is a rare gem. I highly recommend the breakfast burritos at the co-op in the charming town of Dixon right nearby. Communication with the host was clear, warm, and welcoming. She met me at the property to show me around and answer any questions whenever I had them. There are several different options for staying on this property so choose the right one for your needs. Best AirBnb experience in a LONG time.”
