In our 100 year old Adobe-style buildings, wooded cabin and outdoor camping area we offer overnight accommodation for groups of up to 25 people.
Our guests enjoy comfortable lodging, and opportunities to connect with each other in our indoor gathering/living room, outdoor meeting spaces, or wherever inspiration strikes.
There are also special amenities available to enhance your stay, including a beautiful & natural swimming hole in Rio Grande, a soothing beach area, and massage services upon request. Hiking trails on BLM public land are just across the river from the property

Residence Type: 3 Houses with 15 beds in 9 bedrooms, 3 kitchens and 4 bathrooms:

- Main House: 4 bedroom + living room providing 9 beds total - 2 of which in private rooms, the rest are in shared rooms; One kitchen/Gathering/Dining room; One kitchenette; 2 Bathrooms

- Casita: 2 bedroom providing 5 beds, one of which in private room; one kitchen/Living room; one bathroom

- Beach Hut: 2 lofts providing 3 beds, one in each loft plus one in living room; one kitchen; one bathroom

All beds will be provided with linens, blankets and pillows. Towels will also be provided.

Kitchen in Main House is providing seating, plates, silverware for 20-25 people); It is large enough to accommodate 25 people sitting at 2 tables and one bar area, or become a gathering space for ceremonies accommodating people on yoga mats on floor (no yoga mats are provided)

Outdoors we can accommodate up to 10 tents, and we offer 2 outdoor showers, an outdoor kitchen as well as an outhouse furnished with a composting toilet
